From their Excellencies:
Welcome all! Baronial Birthday was a wonderful event – thank you all for a wonderful weekend! We raised about $350 on the dessert auction for the Equestrian Community. We also have a new King and Queen! Vivat to King Rangar VII and Queen Jân I! Congrats to the new Count Wilhelm who is officially now a Knight!
Crown Tourney is coming up in a few weeks. Stay tuned! We are also privileged to introduce our successors Lord Jasper and Magnifica Helena! Congratulations.

Updates from the Seneschal:
The quarterly report had been submitted including the numbers for Baronial Birthday. Unfortunately, Sir Baru has had to step down from his role on Knight’s Marshal. If you are interested, please contact Lady Jenefer. We are also in need of a new Seneschal. Lady Jenefer is stepping down in February.
November will be a very busy month for us with Crown Tourney and Holiday Faire. Holiday Faire will be the last event for our dear Baron and Baroness and the investiture of Lord Jasper and Magnifica Helena.

QuarterMaster: Nothing new to report.
Exchequer:
We have a ledger balance of about $35,000.00 with a few outstanding checks and bills to be paid for Baronial Birthday. Getting PayPal set up for Holiday Faire has been a lot of work. We should be working on next year’s budget at our next business meeting.
Knights Marshall: No report.
Minister of the list: No report.

From the Exchequer re: Baronial Birthday
We had a request for a refund from a member who pre-registered but had vehicle trouble. This requires a special motion since the member did not reach out before the event. A motion was made and seconded. A vote was taken and the motion passed with none opposed.
A motion was made and seconded to donate the $100.00 raised from the breakfast be donated to the equestrian fund. A vote was taken and the motion passed with none opposed.
Holiday Faire from Lord Edward
The website is operational. 17 merchants are confirmed. We will also be hosting Lochmere Arrow so expect a lot of archers! We have about 15 people pre-reg for Holiday Faire. Paypal is open and ready to go. Lunch is only available for pre-registered attendees.
New Business:
From his Excellency – We are missing some stakes from Little White and Mini-Pearl. Baron Dunstan would like to order a set of 10 tent stakes for $90.00. Master Mors suggested ordering more. Increasing our order would give us a discount of $5.50/stake. A motion was made to approve a DNE $225.00 for replacement tent stakes.
Populace Comments:
Master Mors wishes to express his gratitude in all of the help with holding Lochmere Arrow at Holiday Faire.
Magistra Helena wished to remind us that there will be a demo this Saturday at Adventure Brewing. If you are interested and available – please contact Helena! We would love to have you especially if you are a marshal. Lord Jasper encouraged the populace to bring their kits for show and tell! The demo starts at noon and runs through the afternoon.
Closing Remarks from Their Excellencies
Please come out for the Demo this Saturday if you are available. Please also come out to Holiday Faire to bid us farewell and welcome the next Baron and Baroness.
