As Pennsic has impacted our timeline, we will be utilizing a condensed schedule for this Polling. Any that wish to submit a Letter of Intent may do so from now until Friday, September 4th. Please attach proof of SCA membership with your packet to me in the form of a scan/photo of your physical membership card(s) or a snip/screenshot of your digital membership card(s). I will be forwarding LoIs to Their Highnesses immediately after verifying membership status. LoI packets will be sent to me via email at va-regional@seneschal.atlantia.sca.org
Per Atlantian Great Book of Law 6.6, within ten (10) days of investiture, Territorial Baronage shall present their membership information demonstrating their membership is current through their initial term of office to the Kingdom Seneschal for verification. Applicants only need to be current members in good standing. Further information regarding Territorial Baronage can be located in the Atlantian Great Book of Law, Section 6.
The Polling will open on Saturday, September 5th and will close on Saturday, September 26th. Their Highnesses will return Their decision by Saturday, October 10th. Investiture will be at Holiday Faire 2026: Blodmonath on Saturday, November 21st, in Fredericksburg, VA.
