From their Excellencies:

Their Excellencies had a great time at Kingdom A&S.  Stierbach had a great showing including displays about equestrian AND helped greatly with the equestrian fundraiser.  Several awards were given.  Congratulations to Alyssia who finished the Inter-Baronial A&S Competition in second place.  Congrats to everyone who participated!

Updates from the Seneschal:

The meeting was run by our Deputy Seneschal.  Not much new right now!  All officers – please send a copy of your warrant to me.  If your warrant expires this year, let me know whether you intend to stay in that position or not.

Still working on signature cards and getting funds to their Excellencies for Twelfth Night travels.  We are getting SCORES registrations for both Defending the Gate and Coronation.  The February Indoor Fighting practice was cancelled and will be rescheduled.

A reminder that any deposits should be made within 48 business hours after receiving events funds. Mistress Ceridwen should be listed on your reservationist for all Baronial events moving forward.  

Knights Marshall:  Absent. No report.

Minister of the list:

We have three reservations for Defending the Gate.  Lord Perry encourages you to reserve and register for Defending the Gate.  SCORES is also active for Coronation!  Please register!

MOAS:  

Classes and activities for the coming year have been sent to the web minister and chronicler. There is still space available if you would like to lead a class or activity.  Thank you to Norbert for jumping into our last Zoom class on re-evaluating the Silk Roads.  We also donated scroll covers to the kingdom!

Chronicler: The blog continues.  Newsletters are being sent to Kingdom as they are published 🙂  Send Genefe content for the blog please. (chronicler@stierbach.atlantia.sca.org)  

If you are looking for a way to get involved – Genefe would love a deputy.

Chatelaine:  We have a demo coming up the weekend after Coronation (4/11) at the Loudoun County Library (Purcellville Children’s Library).  Anyone who would love to participate – we would love to have you.  We have space for most of our regular activities (both indoor and outdoor spaces).  The theme of the library system this spring is The Renaissance 🙂

WebMinister:  

The website is doing well.  Master Richard will remind Kingdom that both he and Genefe are in need of updates warrants – thank you Master Richard.  We are waiting to hear back from the Kingdom on this issue. 

QuarterMaster:  Magnus reports no changes since our last meeting.

Closing Remarks from their Excellencies 

Thank you all for staying with us through these cold months.  We appreciate your support as we move into a very busy spring!  We appreciate everything that you do – you make it so easy to represent our Barony 🙂

PLEASE SUBMIT REWARD RECOMMENDATIONS! We accept emails, messages, and award recommendations through the esp.  The esp is really the best way to get us info but we will take what we can get!  Send us stuff and tell us all the great things that are going on!  Thank you to those who are sending us messages 🙂
