Baronial Birthday Update:

Baronial Birthday is going to happen!  The event is listed on the Baronial website.  Registration is open and ready for you.  We have porta johns ready to go.  We are going to need quite a few tents and tables – we have many activities scheduled!

Prices for non-members need to be changed for registration.  Master RIchard will get the website updated. There was a suggestion about a donation jar to help non-members pay the NMR.  Mistress Ceridywn will consider how best to do this.

We have a new Chatelaine – It’s Runa!   Thank you THL Runa for volunteering.

New Business:

We have a bid for Holiday Faire from Lady Katherine Ravenshill. We are looking at November 22nd at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds.  Lady Katherine is looking to add Coursing to this year’s activities in addition to Musical and Theatrical performances.

A budget was presented but will need to be re-formatted before it can be approved. A few adjustments were suggested but it was agreed to claim the date on our Kingdom calendar.

Populace Remarks:

Closing Remarks from their Excellencies

We have been asked to demo in October with the Ravenswood Fair.  The first weekend of this fair is the last weekend of War of the Wings.  Her Excellency recommended choosing one weekend or even one day of one weekend to have a presence. His Excellency will reach out to see what can be arranged.

This coming weekend, we will be attending University in person.  This event is really very cool and we would love to see you. Her Excellency will also be teaching two classes on Sunday *virtually*.  The following weekend will be Storvik Novice camping for the weekend.  If you are also camping and would like to hang-out – let us know.

Pennsic is coming!  His Excellency will be at Pennsic.  Speaking of Pennsic – pre-registration ends June 15th.  Register SOON if you plan on attending 🙂  We have at least 15 people currently signed up to camp with the Bach.

PLEASE SUBMIT REWARD RECOMMENDATIONS! We accept emails, messages, and award recommendations through the esp.  The esp is really the best way to get us info but we will take what we can get!  Send us stuff and tell us all the great things that are going on!  Thank you to those who are sending us messages 🙂

Meeting adjourned at 8:03 pm.
