From their Excellencies:
We had a big weekend! We have heirs! Crown Tourney was amazing. Special congratulations to the new Prince and Princess who are from Stierbach! The last bout was very cool to watch. It was wonderful to see people we have not seen for ages. The tournament ran smoothly and the weather was perfect. A lovely day all around.
Updates from the Seneschal:
Crown tournament was a beautiful day! Special congrats to Prince Wilhem. UnEvent is coming up December 6th and 7th. A schedule should be announced soon. Make sure to attend your officer and order meetings!
On December 4th, Lord Edward Perry will be teaching a class on event stewarding. This is especially important for our Barony as we host two large events each year (Baronial Birthday and Holiday Faire).
Officer Reports:
QuarterMaster: All items from Baronial Birthday have been returned to the storage locker.
Exchequer: A copy of this month’s report will be attached.
We are looking for a deputy exchequer!
Knights Marshall: Sir Bumi is officially the new Knights Marshal for the Barony.
Minister of the list: Lord Edward Perry is our new deputy MOL. He will also be present at Holiday Faire with some MOLs-in-training. We are also looking for an MOL in charge for Defending the Gate.

November 20th we will be hosting an in person class on tablet weaving.
December 4th Lord Edward Perry will be teaching Autocrat 101. This will be a virtual class.
Our end of year potluck will be held on December 18th in person at Bethel Lutheran Church.

Herald: Our quarterly report has been submitted. Lady Katherine is hoping to have some new name submissions ready for Holiday Faire.
Chronicler: The blog continues. Newsletters are being sent to Kingdom as they are published 🙂 Send Genefe content for the blog please. (chronicler@stierbach.atlantia.sca.org)
If you are looking for a way to get involved – Genefe would love a deputy.
Chatelaine: Lady Runa will be running Gold Key at Holiday Faire. Lady Runa also announced a new initiative to gift items from the Gold Key to our newcomers. We have a lot of garb!
Loudoun County library contacted us to do a demo this summer.
If someone new pops up on Facebook – please tag Runa. She is not on Facebook very often.
WebMinister: The website is updated for Holiday Faire. Everything is going smoothly!
Old Business:
Holiday Faire Update –
We have 39 vendors ready to roll for Holiday Faire. Activities have fallen into place for the event. Sir Bumi was also the MIC for the event. Equestrian will be running a demo of new martial activities. Things are running right along!
We are in need of volunteers to help with set-up and take-down. Set-up will run on Friday from 2-7 pm. We are also looking for someone to transport a list fence from Chantilly, VA.

New Business:
From HRH Wilhelm: Thank you for your patience at this time! We humbly request that Stierbach would host our Coronation. Lady Jenyfyr agreed to run this event as Autocrat with the help of Mistress Genefe and Lady Runa. Please look for their Highnesses at future events.
A motion was put forward to authorize a DNE of $8000 for this event. The motion passed with 12 in favor and none opposed.
His Highness is planning for a fun and joyous event!

Please come see us at Holiday Faire! This looks like it’s going to be an amazing event. Master Simon will be taking an apprenticeship at Holiday Faire. If you have crash space for two the night before the event – please let us know!
PLEASE SUBMIT REWARD RECOMMENDATIONS! We accept emails, messages, and award recommendations through the esp. The esp is really the best way to get us info but we will take what we can get! Send us stuff and tell us all the great things that are going on! Thank you to those who are sending us messages 🙂
